Katie Jerde
Tastefully Simple

Katie Jerde is PHR-certified (Human Resources Professional) with over nine years in the field. As a Team Relations Generalist at Tastefully Simple, she concentrates on staffing, orientation, team member development, leadership coaching and performance management. Katie has also facilitated training sessions on FISH, Diversity and Harassment, Domestic Violence Awareness, Behavioral-based Interviews and other related topics. She is involved with DECCA and Junior Achievement. Katie is the co-chairperson of the Business & Employer's Council, President-elect for West Central MN SHRM and the State College Relations Director for SHRM.

John Luepke
Manpower Inc.

John actively represents Manpower at the Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce, Tri-State Manufacturer's Association, West Central MN SHRM, and has seven years experience in Human Resource Management. His experience stems from his privately owned business as well as publicly held management teams. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership through Norwich University located in Fairfield, VT.

John is Alexandria's Branch Manager for Manpower Incorporated. Here he provides Human Resource solutions for local area businesses, finds top talent and provides staffing solutions to many of the major employers in Alexandria. Manpower's global network connects John to more than 80 countries and territories, over 4,500 offices worldwide and with 400,000 clients annually.

Kris Willert

Alexandria WorkForce Center

A member of the staff of Rural Minnesota Concentrated Employment Program (CEP) at the Alexandria WorkForce Center since 1998, Kris works with area employers and job seekers, providing workforce development services through federal and state employment and training programs within the Minnesota WorkForce Center System. This work involves introducing individuals to career options and the skills necessary for successful employment; helping individuals find, get, and keep jobs, and grow in their careers; helping employers find and keep workers; and assisting employers in the development of their existing workforce.

Before joining Rural Minnesota CEP, Kris was an educator, small business owner, and staffing representative. She received a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and Education from the University of Minnesota, Morris. In addition to involvement with the West Central Minnesota SHRM chapter for the past 11 years, she has been active with the Lakes Area Business & Employer Council, Lakes Area Manufacturing Partnership, and Alex Area Stewards Initiative.

Amy Lamb, HR Manager
American Solutions for Business

Amy Lamb has been a West Central SHRM and National SHRM Member since 1998. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management, with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota.

Amy began her career as a Team Relations Lead with Target Corporation in 1997. She has spent the last 12 years with American Solutions For Business in Glenwood. As the HR Manager, Amy has played a key role in growing the American's Home Office staff from 60 to employees when she started, to nearly 200 employees today. Areas of concentration include Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employment Law, and Training. In addition, Amy provides Human Resources consultation to over 600 Sales Associates in 48 states, and 120 Indirect Employees in remote offices.

Amy is actively involved in the Business and Employers Council and has had a role in the Community Job Fair Planning Committee for 5 years. She sits on the Central Square Board and Chairs many committees at ASB.

Renae Molden, HR Generalist

Renae Molden has been in the HR Profession for 15 yrs. at Alexandria Extrusion Company, one of the largest employers in the county. Her expertise is in Benefits, Payroll, Wellness and Staffing. She has been a West Central SHRM and National SHRM member since 1998. She has also been a member of the Job Fair Planning Committee for the past 4 yrs.
